ECOLOGICAL FIELD – LANDSCAPE PROJECTS

Restoring former quarries or degraded areas to their natural state is one of the objectives that the company FIMET SPA has obtained over recent years through projects carried out in conjunction with local administrations.

The environmental recuperation process begins with a thorough analysis of the pre-existing ecosystem, with the final objective being the systemization and complete territorial recuperation of the site, thereby allowing for the reconstruction of all of the elements that characterize the surrounding territory.

These public-private projects were developed thanks to the ever-increasing awareness of abandonment, which has always accompanied anthropic activities that have led to territorial decay. From this need a new philosophy was born that focuses on the creation, through recovery, of natural environments with the application of new low-impact methods and actions through environmental engineering.

The company is also active in the field dedicated to purification with the construction of facilities and plants inside waste dump sites and treatment and purification plants.

The realization of public green areas was developed over the years through the introduction of a special technical staff that has gained an impressive amount of experience in the field to more efficiently coordinate the technical – landscape needs of projects for both the public and private sector. Furthermore, FIMET SPA is registered with the NATIONAL REGISTER FOR WASTE MANAGEMENT CATEGORY 6.
